Medical Sensus

In general it's ok. Good location, good breakfast, clean room, big bathroom, nice staff, but like every other things in Polanica Zdrój, it's quite overpriced. At 350 zł a night, one would expect more amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and other toiletries but the fact is there are only a bottle of hand soap, a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel and toilet paper in the bathroom.

This is our second New Year's Eve stay in this place. The rooms were definitely a plus. Clean, spacious and quiet, a four-star hotel would be proud of them. The New Year's Eve ball itself, thematic and super prepared. The food was delicious and plentiful. I don't think anyone left hungry or dissatisfied. Great location. Next to the park. 10 minutes walk to the center. For people commuting on skis, great access to Zieleniec - approx. 26 minutes. Compared to the previous year, dinners are unfortunately not good. Virtually no options for vegans and vegetarians apart from potatoes, groats and salads. Often something was missing and the waiters asked "will they add something" and the answer was "no". Last year there were more cakes, now the dessert options are poor and not very attractive to the eye. The topic of a coffee machine also intrigued us. Last year the coffee machine was turned off for dinner. This year, half of our stay included coffee with dinner and half without it. Incomprehensible enough. If there are cakes, the coffee machine should also be turned on. Nevertheless, the food was very good. Reception very helpful and always smiling. I took advantage of the massages and I am also satisfied.

The hotel is wonderfully located, renovated, has spacious rooms and good equipment. Unfortunately, some of the windows face the garages and, according to the receptionist, it is "not practiced" to change rooms (I booked my stay in April for a date in August). You can cancel, but pay for the entire stay!? Another inquiry about the possibility of changing the room ended with the answer that yes, but with an additional fee of PLN 100 per day - there was no such information in the resort's regulations. The employee was eating a meal while talking and did not even get up while serving guests. Probably not everyone is qualified in the high season, which is a pity because the reception is the center's showcase and should encourage people to stay, not discourage them. sometimes a hotel guest eats a meal and does not get up. Previous comments from other guests regarding cold and monotonous meals remain, but there is no obligation to buy them. Savings are visible everywhere (cleaning, garbage disposal, towel replacement - on request or after 6 days of stay) Overall, I rate the stay as average, if it weren't for the "Receptionist" there would definitely be more stars :-)

We spent 4 nights at Medical Sensus. The facility has been renovated, everything is nice, clean, large, spacious rooms, the restaurant is also spacious. The service was very nice and helpful. The food is tasty - standard breakfasts - but you can compose something different every day (unless you eat 3 things in a row ;) ). Dinners - tasty, always 2 types of meat, 2 soups, 2 salads (vegetables and raw salad). There is no telling how many to choose from, but everyone will find something for themselves. (well, maybe apart from vegans and vegetarians, it may be difficult here). Great location - close to the Park, Fountain or Wielka Pieniawa (where, with some offers, you can use swimming pools and saunas - we highly recommend it - great facility). We rate our stay very well - the only small suggestion - the restaurant staff (although very nice and helpful) - needs a little better organization of work - faster delivery of missing food, or faster response to problems with water and coffee machine. ;) We can't comment on the treatments because we didn't use them. Overall, we recommend it - not only to spa patients, but also to "ordinary" tourists :)

This was my second stay at this hotel and I must say that a lot has changed, unfortunately, to the detriment within a few months. The quality of meals, especially dinner, is beyond any standards. There is no menu on display, but there used to be one, because at the beginning of serving, leftovers from the previous day are put into the bain-marie. Once they are eaten, fresh food is served. During my stay, it was also the hotel's birthday. The event itself was very nice, great music, snacks, grilled dishes. Unfortunately, the behavior of one of the hotel employees, the receptionist, spoiled the entire impression. Complete lack of manners towards hotel guests. Rude behavior and rude words. The next day, what was left from the grill was served for dinner. This is what it looks like here. The advantages are large, spacious rooms and the location.

I like Polanica Zdrój. We were there a few times, staying in different hotels. The location of this hotel is approximately close to Wielka Pieniawa. There are great therapeutic treatments and a beautiful swimming pool with saunas. Plus a salt cave. You can easily buy sessions in the cave, tickets to the swimming pool, gym, yoga, as well as many therapeutic treatments such as massages, mud baths, inhalations, etc. Because the hotel only offers beauty and wellness treatments.
